Mobile Alloy Wheel Repair
This is where our exclusive Wheelathe™ comes in. We bring the manufacturers tools conveniently to you, either at your home or work place. Wheelathe™, a one man complete workstation, allows us to re-lathe or re-machine the wheel at your location, with the tyre and wheel still mounted on the car. No longer do you need to remove your wheel and dismount the tyre, spending excess time and money.
We repair the damage (no fillers or welding needed), and repaint and clear coat the wheel, to its like new condition. All colours are custom matched to your wheels colour.
Wheel Polishing
Most metals when exposed to the natural elements of our air will begin to oxidize. This oxidation will scar your wheels appearance. If non-coated, polished wheels are not routinely maintained or polished they will become dull and may begin to appear white or chalky.
We polish wheels in the same manner as they were from the manufacturer. We use high speed polishing equipment and consumables to create and restore the shine and lustre to polished wheels. This process removes the oxidation and cleans and seals the aluminium. Then through a routine polishing schedule your wheels will maintain the shine they had from the manufacturer.
